At daizya.com, we specialize in small kitchen appliances such as toasters, waffle makers, and popcorn machines. All our products are carefully selected to bring convenience and quality to your kitchen.
2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to customers within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. How much is shipping?
We also offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayPal payments. PayPal allows you to securely pay with your PayPal account or through guest checkout without needing a PayPal account.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 3-5 business days from the ship date.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s progress.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, and once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it. Please reach out to us immediately at support@daizya.com if you need assistance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@daizya.com. We will assist you with a replacement or a refund after reviewing your claim.
