π Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
A valid order number must be provided.
The item must be in resellable condition without signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
π Opened, used, or customized items are not eligible for return.
π How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at support@daizya.com with the subject line: βReturn Request β [Your Order Number]β
- Include the following details in your email:

- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item and packaging
- We will review your request and respond within 1 business day. If approved, we will provide the return mailing address and further instructions.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We will provide you with an RMA number, which is required for processing your return.
- Ship the Product: Send the product back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
π¦ Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
We do not support exchanges. If you need a different product, you will need to place a new order.

Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.Β
Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method (via PayPal).
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund for the product price. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Used or opened items
Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Items without prior return approval
Clearance or final sale items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:
